Whenever you sell a home with me, I make sure that you receive a Home Protection Plan. Having a home protection or warranty plan is a great additional selling feature and will make your home more attractive to potential buyers. This warranty plan covers the seller for up to 180 days for most major appliances and other items too so you can have peace-of-mind while you attend to more important things at this time. The warranty plan also covers the new buyer for one year from the date the home changes ownership, so in the unlikely event that there is an electrical or appliance problem shortly after the sale, the new buyer is less likely to want to contact you.
